We recognize, perhaps more keenly than most, just how fortunate we are to work with extraordinary homes in places where beauty and comfort are assumed, where security is part of the fabric of everyday life. But the reality is, not everyone enjoys this privilege. For every property transaction we close, there are countless individuals who don’t have the security of a stable home or even a place to lay their head without fear. That’s why we believe it’s not enough simply to celebrate the spaces we work with; we feel a responsibility to use our success to impact lives in meaningful ways. A portion of our revenue goes to charities that tackle homelessness, offer sanctuary to those who have escaped conflict, and help repair the profound wounds left by violence and instability.
Among the organizations we support is Third Hope, which is doing something truly remarkable: they’re building a village in Northern Uganda where former child soldiers can begin again. In this village, these individuals are not only finding shelter, but also an opportunity to learn new skills and start the long process of healing from the trauma of war. For them, this is more than a place to live; it’s a chance to restore hope and rediscover what it means to feel safe, to dream, to plan for a future. And for us, it’s a reminder that, in a world marked by inequality, our work should be a bridge between what we have and what so many others deserve.
